They're now looking for a Social Media & Email Content Manager based in Northern NSW/ Gold Coast to lead the creative direction across social and email marketing. This is a role sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, perfect for someone who knows how to turn brand storytelling into content that genuinely connects, converts and builds long-term brand love.

What you'll be doing
Owning the social media and email content strategy, aligning with broader brand and campaign objectives
Planning and overseeing content calendars across Instagram, TikTok and EDMs
Leading content ideation, scripting and creative direction
Translating CRM strategy into high-performing email campaigns and lifecycle flows
Acting as a brand ambassador, jumping on camera and representing the brand when needed
Managing and mentoring a Social Media Coordinator across planning, publishing and community engagement
Analysing performance and continuously optimising content based on insights
Staying ahead of trends, formats and platform best practices to ensure content cuts through
What skills you'll bring
3-5 years' experience managing social channels end-to-end, with proven growth results
Strong CRM/EDM experience, particularly across email content and campaign execution
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability
A data-led mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics
Confidence being on camera and representing a brand authentically
A natural instinct for trends, culture and what resonates on social
