We're after a Finance Manager ready to step into a role with real ownership and a clear pathway to CFO.
 
This position sits at the heart of the business, owning finance end-to-end while partnering closely with founders and the leadership team to guide decisions, improve performance, and help scale a thriving eCommerce brand.
 
It's ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the numbers but also wants influence, visibility, and the opportunity to grow into a strategic finance leader as the business expands.
 
What you'll be doing

• Owning the finance function across reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting
• Leading month-end close, reconciliations, and ensuring confidence in the numbers
• Building forecasts, budgets, and scenario models to support commercial decisions
• Managing weekly cashflow visibility and improving working capital performance
• Partnering with founders and team leads to translate strategy into financial outcomes
• Creating visibility on margins, inventory health, and key performance drivers
• Strengthening systems, processes, and controls so finance scales with the business

What we're looking for

• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong forecasting, modelling, and commercial analysis skills
• A commercially minded operator who can influence, challenge, and simplify
• Comfortable working closely with founders in a growing environment
• Someone motivated by a genuine pathway into a CFO role
• Ecommerce, retail, or inventory-driven business experience highly regarded
• Experience owning finance in an SME, scale-up, or high-growth business highly regarded
