Salt Lab is an Australian-owned wellness brand on a mission to bring natural relief into everyday homes. Known for its premium magnesium products designed to improve sleep, ease aches and pains, and support natural energy, the brand is growing fast, both locally and globally.
 
They're now on the hunt for a Content Lead to take the reins across social media channels. This is a hands-on, creatively driven role where you'll own the full content ecosystem, from big-picture planning through to execution and optimisation. You'll lead the social direction, drive global growth, and bring the brand to life through engaging, high-performing content.

What you'll be working on:

• Own the day-to-day social media management and content output across all Instagram, TikTok, paid meta etc
• Leading end-to-end social media content workflow: ideation, briefing, creation, editing, approvals, scheduling, posting, and optimisation
• Planning, capturing, and editing engaging content 
• Managing the social media content calendar in line with broader marketing activity
• Keeping content fresh, on-brand, trend-aware, and commercially sharp
• Create engaging visuals and assets to support content execution
• Analyse performance and continuously optimise for growth
• Push the social strategy forward through fresh ideas, testing, and innovation

Skills you'll bring:

• Proven experience in a social media or content-focused role (ideally in ecommerce, wellness, or lifestyle brands)
• A strong eye for content; what looks good, what performs, which hooks to use and why
• Hands-on skills in content creation, including video and basic graphic design (Canva essential)
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices
• Ability to think strategically while executing at speed
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing content calendars
• A commercial mindset: you understand how content drives growth
• A proactive, ideas-led approach with a genuine passion for social
