We're are now hiring a Head of Product to shape the ranges everyone will be talking about — and lead the team that brings them to life. This role sits at the heart of product vision, creative direction and commercial performance. You'll define an end-to-end product strategy that blends trend, customer insight and commercial rigour; lead a high-performing team across Buying and Product; and optimise a fast-moving test & repeat model to scale winners quickly and innovate ahead of the market.

YOUR ROLE WILL COVER

• Owning the product strategy and seasonal vision across categories, anchored in trend insights, customer behaviour and market intelligence
• Leading the full product lifecycle: concept → development → launch → trade → repeat/exit
• Scaling and refining a test & repeat model, accelerating winners and course-correcting fast
• Creating a holistic framework for range planning, pricing, margin, hit rate, and returns success
• Building and executing a sourcing and supply chain strategy that unlocks speed, quality and agility in production
• Partnering cross-functionally with Planning, Creative, Marketing and Production to deliver seamless launches and compelling campaign stories
• Translating trade insights, customer signals and returns data into better product decisions
• Presenting performance, trends and product strategy in trade forums and leadership meetings
• Identifying future growth opportunities — new capsules, categories, occasions and demand moments
• Leading strategic improvement projects across product, supply and process to scale capability and performance

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing Product team across Buying and Design
• Build capability in trend forecasting, commercial negotiation, margin ownership and rapid trading
• Model high-performance execution in weekly trade and product decision-making
• Champion Beginning Boutique's product DNA: fast, bold, customer-obsessed and commercially sharp
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships and global sourcing network
• Implement structures and tools to improve product flow, fit quality, speed-to-market and sustainability considerations
• Know how to balance aesthetics, brand DNA and commercial KPIs
• Love trade — and thrive making fast, data-informed decisions
• Have exposure to sourcing, product development and supply chain optimisation
