Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Lawyer (Employment & Tribunals) to join their team and play a crucial role within their Law Operations

Role: Lawyer (Employment & Tribunals)
Pay: £30.31 ph PAYE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Length: 3 months rolling
Location: West London

Responsibilities: 

• Provide highly technical, specialist advice on all areas of employment law and the law relating to special educational needs.
• Advise on issues relating to the Data Protection Act 2018, Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
• Advise clients on the risks of legal challenge and advise them how to mitigate risk.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
• Experience working in a Lawyer or similar role
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate/status.
