Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Charity, who are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to join their team based in Central London. 

Position: Finance and Operations Manager                
Rate: £37,000 - £43,000     
Location: Central London                     
Work Type: Fixed-term Contract (10 months)  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Manage the financial systems of the Trust such as VAT returns, bank reconciliations and banking arrangements. 
• Prepare reports for CEO and Finance Sub-Committee on finances. 
• Approve weekly payment runs. 
• Oversee onboarding of staff, volunteers and trustees as well as other HR processes.  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Previous line management experience. 
• Background experience of Xero or other similar financial software. 
• Detail oriented and able to analyse information. 
• Experience and knowledge of working with HR process (desirable).
