Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Senior Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their team based in Lancashire.

Position: Senior Commercial Property Fee Earner (Agricultural)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Provide an excellent customer service by building and developing relationships with them.
Be a senior figure for other members of staff by providing support and supervision to them when needed.
Contribute to business planning and direction of Rural Business and Landed Estates sectors.
Negotiate and draft transactional paperwork, giving advice and guidance to clients.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

Minimum 7 years PQE representing clients within property department advising.
Excellent client facing skills.
Strong IT and communication skills.
Able to manage deadlines by being organised.
