Contract: 3 months (Possible Extension)
Salary: £240 a day (Umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Pattern: Full-time  

DUTIES   

• To take an overall coordinating role in terms of all the supported FM resources.
• To coordinate the activities of hard services, cleaning and other soft services, security, reception and others.
• To maintain oversight of all statutory testing and planned preventative maintenance, ensuring all inspections and works are carried out in a timely way.
• To establish and maintain the security protocols for the building, working closely with the organisation’s in-house security team.
• To manage and coordinate the activities of contractors on site (current large refurbishment project to support).

• Previous experience working within the public sector or a similar organisation.
• Demonstrable experience within a Building Manager role or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a large and complex building.
• Accredited training in health and safety (IOSH, NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent) and fire safety.
• General knowledge of function, operation and maintenance of a building’s plant, systems and equipment.
