This role is perfect for a confident Senior Property Manager who thrives in managing the full tenancy lifecycle and wants to grow their career in a supportive, people-focused team.

The role:
You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio of quality properties, handling:

• Managing a residential portfolio and assisting landlords to maximise the performance of their investment assets
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs using our systems including PropertyMe
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants through clear and proactive communication
• Managing lease renewals, tenant move-ins and move-outs across your portfolio
• Resolving tenancy matters with a solutions-focused approach
• Collaborating with the broader property management team to deliver a seamless client experience

Who we're looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience managing your own residential portfolio
• Queensland Salesperson Registration and a valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
• Exceptional organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A solutions-focused PM who thrives in a structured, supportive environment
