Due to a recent promotion, Place Woolloongabba is looking for their next front-of-house superstar and someone who'll become the heartbeat of our office. You'll be the first smile our clients see, the calm in the chaos, and the person who helps keep our sales and property management teams running like a well-oiled machine.

What you’ll actually be doing…
On any given day, you might be:
- Welcoming clients, trades and visitors with a smile (and probably a coffee).
- Answering calls and connecting people with the right team member.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are organised, calendars on track and the office is looking its best.
- Preparing Form 6s, Contracts, Marketing and other important documentation.
- Supporting our sales and property management teams with administration and compliance.
- Finding smarter ways to do things and making every client interaction a great one.
- Planning birthdays, celebrations, team lunches and the little moments that make work more fun.
You'll fit right in if you... - Have previous experience in customer service and administration (and thrive in a role where no two days are the same).
