Whether you’re new to real estate or have recently gained your Sales Registration, this role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills, build industry knowledge and gain valuable experience alongside an experienced sales team.
  
Day in the Life
As a Sales Associate, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of residential sales, including:

• Creating opportunities for the sales team by connecting with homeowners, booking appraisals and learning how successful agents win business.
• Connecting with homeowners through campaigns including Just Listed, Just Sold and On the Market.
• Building and maintaining genuine relationships with buyers and clients.
• Following up leads and maintaining an engaged database.
• Supporting open homes, inspections, photo shoots and sales campaigns.
• Providing an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.

What we’re looking for:
You don’t need years of real estate experience - we’re looking for someone with the right mindset. Someone who is confident speaking with people, hungry to learn, takes feedback well and wants to build something for themselves.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate.
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine motivation in building a long-term career in real estate.
• Availability to work Saturdays
