What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting general administration for a Lead Agent
• Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building & pest inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections;
• Conducting open homes and private inspections;
• Database management;
• Letterbox dropping within targeted areas;
• Prospecting and prospecting admin;

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Current Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate – MUST HAVE!
• Experience in a similar administration role (real estate experience HIGHLY REGARDED)
• Comfortable and confident in learning and using multiple IT and admin systems
• A coachable attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable in all interactions
• Current QLD Driver’s Licence and access to a suitable vehicle
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships
• High attention to detail and a commitment to doing things properly
