Due to continued growth and internal career progression, Place Bulimba is looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to become an integral part of our Property Management team.

A Day in the Life:
As the face of our leasing team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants and prospective tenants while helping clients find a place they'll love to call home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting leasing inspections and showcasing our rental properties.
• Building genuine relationships with prospective tenants, landlords and property managers.
• Managing the leasing process from enquiry through to approved application.
• Processing tenancy applications and completing reference checks.
• Keeping clients informed with clear, timely communication.
• Providing valuable market feedback and rental insights.
• Assisting with leasing administration and supporting the Property Management team.
• Staying across local market activity and rental trends.

  What you bring:
You're someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine passion for working with people.

• A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management or a customer-focused role.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work Saturdays (with an RDO during the week).
