If you're an experienced Property Manager looking for more than just another portfolio, this is a rare opportunity to become the first Property Manager within our growing Place South Brisbane office.

Established in Sepember 2025, the office has experienced exceptional growth, and now we're ready to launch our Property Management division. Working alongside an experienced Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing the rent roll while taking ownership of the day-to-day management of the portfolio.

Unlike many Property Management roles, you'll enjoy genuine end-to-end exposure across the full property lifecycle – from leasing and field activities through to portfolio management, inspections and client relationships. It's the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to continue developing their skills and is excited by the chance to make a lasting impact.
 
Your Day-to-Day

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:

• Managing your own growing property portfolio, all within close proximity of the South Brisbane office.
• Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants through exceptional customer service and communication.
• Managing maintenance, repairs, arrears and lease renewals.
• Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections, along with leasing activities.
• Preparing Tribunal documentation and attending hearings where required.
• Working collaboratively with a supportive and high-performing team committed to delivering outstanding results.

Who We're Looking For

You'll bring:

• A current Queensland Salesperson Registration.
• 1-3 years' experience as a Property Manager, Leasing Agent or Field Agent.
• A current Queensland Driver Licence.
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
• Experience using cloud-based software, preferably PropertyMe.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A genuine passion for Property Management, people and delivering exceptional service.
