About the Role
Located in Melbourne CBD, in the Government and Corporate Services division of AOT, this role is responsible for the efficient and effective day to day administrative activities in supporting the Senior Procurement Manager – Government & Corporate to achieve the overall contracting objectives.
The Procurement Coordinator will assist with collecting, checking, collating and preparing contracts for content and inventory load teams to ensure rate and availability via the Government and Corporate booking portals. Acting as a central point of contact for all departments and external enquiries this role will provide high level administration support year round.
