About the Role
As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with key stakeholders to understand the key commercial drivers of the business and provide actionable insights to support decision making. The role will contribute to the continuous review and improvement of processes, including interactions with other areas of the business, to determine process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of finance and operations teams' processes as well as automate and integrate wherever possible.
The role will involve training and mentoring members of the Planning and Reporting team and encompass process improvement reviews as well as participation in budgeting and reporting activities as required.
Knowledge & Skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate commercial insights to decision makers
• General understanding of the key concepts of business analysis and the related tools; Including BI-SAP or Power BI
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• High level of commercial acumen
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong Analytical skills – ability to analyse and interpret financial results, identify trends & add value through commentary
• Ability to think through and solve complex problems
• Demonstrated capacity to consistently deliver a high level of customer service and develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and colleagues
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 5+ Years working experience in a similar role
• CA / CPA certified or equivalent
• Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
