About the Role 
The GDS Success Manager’s responsibilities include supporting the Business Engineer to align the business optimisation project to strategic and operational change.

• Develop and execute the transformation plans as defined in the GDS project. Manage the complex products, services and solutions to be customised around the CTM business requirement to achieve organizational performance and reduce costs.
• Tracking and mitigating risks and effectively communicating the dependencies to all stakeholders. This role orchestrates initiatives related to processes and technology used by CTM, ensuring they align with the company's overall business optimization, strategy, and project.
• Provide insights into function of GDS solutions and mapping to current Sabre or CTM solutions.
• Identify business problems with processes, systems, and technology.
• Support and manage product enhancements and roadmaps with the GDS.
• Working with the business, set the statement of requirements for change management and system optimisation.
• Manage the implementation of strategic initiatives, leading with innovation and helping CTM meet our 5-year goals.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to key stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills: Assessing operational conditions, recognising issues and areas for improvement and providing solutions for the business. Problem solving analytical skills to ensure swift detection of issues and the ability to deal with performance challenges in everyday work.
• Align business transformation and change management. Gap analysis of business processes and mapping of solutions to automate tasks. Ensure training and skills are in place to harness maximum benefits to the business.
• This is a key role and responsible for working the GDS transformation team for the implementation of a Primary CTM GDS Partner within each Region of CTM.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Transformation and optimise. Business-to-Technology Translation
• Converts business requirements (commercial deals, workflows, reporting needs) into GDS configurations.
• Acts as the bridge between product, operations, IT, and the GDS provider/s.
• Execute strategy: Align and implement the GDS transformation strategy, product, services and solutions into actionable plans / deployment
• Lead transformation initiatives: Ensure global platform provides repeatable services to each CTM region. Monitor and facilitate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, drive growth and meet project timelines.
• Orchestrate change: Manage the overall transformation process across different business functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement change management: Create strategies to help employees adopt new systems.Training / Floorwalkers / train the trainer programs. Align GDS resources.
• To make sure the GDS/s is set up to support how the business wants to sell, service, and grow by understanding CTM operational needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Cross functional collaboration, bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Supporting performance improvements.
• Quality assurance, ensuring system and process performance meets and exceeds business KPIs.
• Continuous improvement by identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance efficiency.
• Understanding of CTM’s online and offline operational needs and translating them into actionable solutions to be implemented.

• In-depth knowledge of GDS platforms, including fares, robotics, AI
• Mid Back-office (MBO) and payments knowledge.
