About the Role 
Step into CTM’s vibrant Events team and help turn our core values—Connect, Deliver, Evolve—into memorable experiences for clients and delegates. In this junior‑level role, you’ll work side‑by‑side with senior event managers, gaining hands‑on exposure to everything from high‑level board meetings to large‑scale conferences and incentive programs. If you pair outstanding customer‑service skills and a strong work ethic with a solid understanding of the events industry—and you’re ready for the next step in your career—we’d love to meet you. Skills & Experience 

• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated event management experience in a similar role 
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and events software “EventsAIR.” advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and good time management skills
• Professional communications, both written and verbal
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.  
• Understanding of the MICE industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
