About the Role
The CTM Global Business Engineer is a specialist role that sits alongside Global & Regional business operations, GDS technology (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) and the Global & Regional Technology and operational Teams. The role focuses on translating commercial and operational requirements into scalable GDS configurations and solutions. Initially this is a key role and responsible for working the GDS transformation team for the implementation of a Primary CTM GDS Partner within each Region of CTM.
The role of the CTM Business Engineer is to solve business problems by designing and improving processes, systems, and technology. You are responsible for creating and implementing tech solutions, analysing data to find trends, and collaborating with various teams like product, operations, technology, sales, and strategic business owners to align with business goals. Developing and ensuring operational efficiency, whilst looking for cost reductions across the business. Managing the implementation of strategic initiatives, leading with innovation and helping CTM meet our 5-year goals.
