Job Summary:

The Payroll Specialist ensures accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with government regulations. This role handles bi-weekly payroll in a fast-growing company, requiring strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review bi-weekly payroll for approximately 2000+ employees, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and verify data accuracy.
• Address employee payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll audits and compliance reporting.
• Reconcile W-2s, payroll taxes, and accounts.
• Collaborate with HR on payroll-related matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required 
• Minimum of 3 years of previous payroll experience
• Experience with multi-state payroll required
