Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Omaha, NE
Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000/year (based on experience) + potential annual bonus (based on company production)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Hybrid: Office/Field)
Travel: Minimal overnight travel; flexibility preferred
Vehicle: Company truck provided for site visits or vehicle allowance available

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and flexible Project Manager/Estimator to lead and support a range of electrical-based construction projects. This role is a mix of in-office estimating and on-site project management, with a fluid day-to-day structure depending on project demands.
You'll begin by managing smaller, high-volume projects ($500–$250,000) with the opportunity to take on larger-scale projects as you grow within the company. From pricing and planning to execution and closeout, you'll own the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs, develop proposals, and manage budgets for electrical-based construction projects
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain strong communication and coordination
• Conduct site visits and ensure work aligns with project specifications and safety standards
• Adjust and adapt to project field needs, prioritizing tasks as required
• Recommend or assist in implementing estimating software or tools (experience-based input valued)

• Proven experience in project management and/or estimating in electrical or construction-related industries
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, labor and material costs, and construction practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with a mix of office work and on-site field supervision
• Flexible and willing to adapt to evolving project schedules and demands
