Property Accountant 

The Property Accountant is responsible for managing the financial reporting and accounting functions for a portfolio of properties. This role ensures accurate preparation of monthly financial statements, reconciliations, budgeting, and assists with year-end audits, while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standard

Responsibilities of the Property Accountant:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analyses
• Process accounts payable/receivable related to property operations
• Assist in annual budget preparation and variance analysis
• Coordinate with property managers and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
• Support audit requests and ensure proper documentation is maintained

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate/property management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
