Our client is a financially stable & growing company that offers business insurance, such as workers' comp, liability, commercial auto and umbrella policies.  They are adding experienced Client Services Representatives to their growing with their team!

*** This is a temp to hire opportunity ***

• Potential start date:  7/28/2025
• Must live in or near San Antonio, TX.  

Duties of the Client Services Representative

• Take 80-100 phone calls per day. After 90 days, can work a hybrid schedule of 3 days remote and 2 days in-person.
  
• No sales!  But you will earn incentives based on servicing the call.
• Someone who is motivated to go above and beyond will have the opportunity to earn more incentives than others!

Requirements of the Client Services Representative

• Minimum of 2 years inbound call center experience
• Associate degree with at least a 2.75 GPA
• Computer savvy, having worked with dual monitors while taking calls
• Must enjoy providing outstanding customer service experience

Schedule of the Client Services Representative

• Monday - Friday:  7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm
• Overtime opportunities
• After 90 days, work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at home, 2 onsite

Pay of the Client Services Representative

• $39,500 base + incentives. 
• Earn up to $46,000 just for taking calls and servicing existing clients
• No Sales!
