Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant supports the Finance Manager, handling GL, reconciliations, reporting, Concur, AR/AP, and streamlining finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform reconciliations (bank, payroll, inter-company), enter journal entries, and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Process financial transactions including payroll uploads, HSA contributions, wires, ACHs, and check deposits.
Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and expense variance analysis; make recommendations based on financial data.
Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies (e.g., Credit, Revenue Recognition, AR Collection); prepare reports as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel; familiar with ADP Workforce Now for payroll.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
