Overview of the Administrative Project Coordinator

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join a project management team as an Administrative Project Coordinator.  Ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the electrical or construction industry.

Seeking someone with a strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Project Coordinator

• Provide day-to-day support to project managers in executing electrical construction projects
• Manage and track submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other critical project documentation
• Assist with procurement tasks, including ordering materials and coordinating with vendors
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and keep schedules updated
• Maintain organized and accurate document control systems
• Communicate effectively with field teams and subcontractors to help keep projects running smoothly

Qualifications of the Administrative Project Coordinator

• Must have experience working with RFI's (Requests for Information) and working with contracts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Schedule of the Administrative Project Coordinator

• M- F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Fully Onsite

Location of the Administrative Project Coordinator

• Southwest Omaha

Compensation of the Administrative Project Coordinator

• $50 - $70K, DOE
