THE ROLE Due to internal promotion we have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at UniLodge School Street Studios on a full time basis. You will lead the front-line team in the efficient and effective operations of Reception. This will be achieved by:
The maintenance and development of customer service standards
The maintenance and development of management systems
A focus on maximising occupancy levels and business opportunities
Our ideal candidate is warm, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our community of student residents. As you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our front desk reception you will display a “we care” attitude and have the confidence to problem solve and manage any issues that arise.
Our mandatory requirements include:
Work rights in Australia
Valid National Police Check
Current QLD Working with Children Check
QLD State Real Estate Qualification - Registration Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair Training QLD
