We are on the lookout for a Night Manager to join our team based at La Trobe University Bendigo Campus.
  
In your new role as Night Manager, you will be adaptable in your approach and equipped to manage any situation that may arise after hours. Resident safety is a top priority for our frontline operations teams. You will be responsible for supporting the wellbeing of residents and overall management and responsibility of the building during the overnight hours.
 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

• Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
• Execute administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc.
• Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution. 
• Support a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare. 
• Respond to residents calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lock outs. 
• Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required. 

Our mandatory requirements include:

• Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check (VIC)
