About the Role: As the Finance Project Partner, you will be tasked with delivering finance and system-related initiatives that will support the objectives of UniLodge and Essence. Leverage your financial expertise and project management skills to ensure seamless execution of projects and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
At a glance, you will be responsible for:
Project Management - Lead the financial and systems components of new and transitioning properties, ensuring seamless integration of systems, accounting structures, payment platforms and reporting frameworks
- Develop budgets and cash flows in relation to the new and transitioning properties, reporting on actual spend to key stakeholders
- Partner with external stakeholders to develop bespoke reporting, map data between systems and establish financial processes and procedures to meet their requirements
- Attend and represent at project committee meetings
Finance and Systems Management - Lead and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support continuous improvement, whilst maintaining data integrity and financial controls as system administrator
- Identify and implement system improvements that provide scalable and accurate solutions for the business
- Provide training on effective use of the systems and connected technologies
About You: To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in finance, accounting or financial systems, paired with proven experience in project management. You will excel within a corporate setting, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. More about you:
- CA/CPA Qualified with extensive post-qualified experience
- Strong ERP knowledge and prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Solver BI360, Power BI or similar systems
- Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and be proactive.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Valid National Police Check
