The Role & Property:
This rare opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion. As the Leasing Manager for our Caulfield location, you will be responsible for all aspects of the leasing journey, with support from the onsite and national management team. You will be an enthusiastic and forward thinking individual looking to make their mark across the BTR space. The property offers premium rental living experiences across 437 apartments within the one complex. Elevated living experiences are provided through onsite management, premium resident amenity areas, customer service focus and resident events & engagement program.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead leasing efforts to maximise occupancy and minimise vacancies, consistently achieving targets in line with financial goals.
Collaborate closely with owners and cross-functional teams to roll out effective leasing strategies that drive revenue and long-term tenant satisfaction.
Negotiate new and renewal leases with confidence, using market data and smart incentive structures to strike the right balance between rental yield and occupancy.
Actively build a strong leasing pipeline by promoting the unique benefits of build-to-rent living, including premium amenities and lifestyle-focused services.
Stay ahead of the market with regular competitor analysis and pricing reviews, using insights to refine leasing approaches and boost conversion performance.
Implement and maintain key business partnerships to attract residents.
About You:
With prior leasing experience in residential property management, you’ll need to be proactive and adopt a mix of short- and long-term strategies to retain and nurture existing residents, as well as attract new residents to the asset. It’s important that you’re a strong communicator and a natural at managing relationship with a desire to broaden your industry knowledge.

Hold a valid Agent’s Representative Certificate with completed lodgement to Consumer Affairs Victoria
Possess solid commercial acumen and strong knowledge of relevant state legislation
Have a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Availability to work FT (38 hours) across Monday – Saturday
