About the role:
  
We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Front Office Manager based at Essence Hotel and UniLodge Carlton. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing a small operations team, working together to manage our apartments and day to day operations. Whilst providing an exceptional experience is your forte, you will have a natural ability to resolve problems and adjust plans as you go. More specifically you will:

• Managing and monitoring bookings to ensure maximum yield and occupancy,
• Manage daily bank and reconciliation of the Property Management System (PMS) and EFTPOS terminal and ensure all floats balance.
• You will provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to your team as they strive to provide the highest quality in standards and services.
• As needed you will play a key role in assisting with the selection, training, rostering of the front-line team.
• After hours availability is also needed in case of emergencies or where immediate action is needed on site.

Our mandatory requirements include:

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• National Police check (completed in the last 3 months)
• Working with Children check (VIC)
• Valid RSA (or willing to obtain)
• New Entrant Liquor Licence (or willing to obtain)
