Our client is a leading contractor in the civils sector they are now seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to join the Subdivision team working in the Perth Metro area. The client is offering an attractive salary package for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of skilled construction workers to deliver high-quality civil projects.
• Manage daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Effectively allocate resources, including plant, equipment, and personnel.
• Promote and uphold an injury-free safety culture, ensuring HSE compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project managers to achieve key milestones.
• Troubleshoot challenges on-site with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

  
Requirements:
  

• 5+ years’ experience in civil construction, specifically in  Subdivisions (all sizes) 
• Proven success in managing construction teams and delivering projects efficiently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with operating plant machinery (relevant tickets required).
• A “can-do” attitude with the ability to adapt to project demands and problem-solve.
• Willingness to travel within South Australia, with roles available in metro and regional areas.
• Full Australian working rights.
