We are currently seeking a Project Supervisor / Coordinator for one of our clients for project type works that include maintenance upgrades, structural remediation, sheeting work, corrosion work and operational improvement projects across Wet and Dry Plants in Geraldton and Port Gregory.
  
Duration: 6 Months +
Working days: Monday - Friday, home for weekend
Hours: 8-10 per day
  
Fly in /Out:  Perth - Geraldton
Accommodation provided in town, bus in and bus out of site
OR
Local Residents in Geraldton or surrounding areas
  
Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager 
• Prepare and manage project documentation including proposals, developing project scopes, estimates and schedules
• Perform technical design, drafting and specification preparation
• Develop and improve project management processes and make continuous improvements
• Understanding of processing plants together with sound project management skills
• Provide on-site supervision of projects and appropriate contractor management
• Ensure that works delivered are in accordance with the project scope
• Arrange and facilitate relevant and required test work
• Liaise with operations to ensure that designs address operability and maintainability challenges
• Updating of all relevant project control documentation
• Lead Management of Change and risk management processes
• Development and issue of AFE’s (Authorised Funding Expenditure) to support projects
• Contribute to the development of annual capital expenditure budgets in relation to process and quality improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and duty-of-care obligations when overseeing
• Ensure Management of Change has been fully considered and documented before implementation or commencement of projects.
