Our client is seeking a motivated and organised construction professional to join their growing Perth team located in Highgate, delivering a diverse range of commercial building projects across Western Australia.

About the Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The role will involve both project management and contract administration responsibilities. This opportunity is predominately office based in Highgate with few site visits throughout the week when required.
Key responsibilities include: - Managing commercial construction projects from procurement to completion including final handover/final clean/defects
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing and administering project budgets and cost reports
- Managing project programmes and construction schedules
- Coordinating site teams, consultants and clients
- Managing RFIs, variations, progress claims and contract documentation
- Monitoring quality, safety and compliance requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Contract Administrator within commercial construction
- Experience delivering government, education or public infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, cost control, and financial reporting.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Engineering
- Current White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
