Our clients are currently seeking experienced All-Rounder Production Operators for ongoing opportunities with industry-leading clients across regional Western Australia.

We are looking for versatile operators who are confident working across a range of mobile plant and production environments. If you have experience operating loaders, excavators and skid steers and enjoy a hands-on role, we want to hear from you.

The Role
Working within busy production and processing environments, you will be responsible for operating various items of mobile plant while assisting with general production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Duties may include:

• Operating IT Loaders for stockpile management, hopper feeding and material handling
• Operating Excavators for sorting, loading and production activities
• Operating Skid Steers for site maintenance and material movement
• Feeding and monitoring crushing, screening or processing equipment
• Loading road trains and trucks
• Conducting pre-start inspections and daily maintenance checks
• General labouring and housekeeping duties
• Working safely within a production-focused environment

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Demonstrated experience operating IT Loaders, Excavators and Skid Steers – at least 2 years of experience
• Current Loader, Excavator and Skid Steer tickets or VOCs
• Experience working within quarry, recycling, waste management, civil construction, processing or mining environments highly regarded
• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Australian working rights
• BHP / RIO inducted is highly desirable
