I'm currently seeking experienced Painter/Blasters to join a tier one manufacturing and fabrication company in Newcastle. Work across large industrial and mining equipment in a high performing workshop.

We are also open to considering:

• Experienced Painters with blasting experience.
• Blasters looking to develop their painting skills (entry-level Painter experience considered).

What's on Offer

• $56 per hour + penalties
• Workshop-based role in Tomago.
• Minimum 50 hours per week.
• Ongoing work with a stable and supportive team.

About the Role
You will be responsible for surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and industrial painting of a range of components and equipment within a workshop environment. You'll work as part of a professional team committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining safe work practices.


About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Experience as an Industrial Painter, Blaster, or Painter/Blaster.
• Experience with abrasive blasting and/or industrial coating application.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A reliable work ethic and willingness to work overtime when available.
