Engineering Trades Australia is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for Trainee consultants with a sales background or KPI driven background to join our Perth team, focusing on roles across construction, mining or engineering.

This is an opportunity to build a career within the industry and to step into a high-impact desk working on roles across a range of trades within mining and Perth based projects, with an existing client base, large database of candidates, systems, and an established brand behind you.

The Opportunity
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar trades
• Build and develop strong client relationships across WA
• Drive business development and win new clients
• Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates into permanent roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage
• Work closely with leadership to grow and scale your desk

What We’re Looking For

• Previous agency recruitment experience or a sales background with KPI driven experience
• Ability to create relationships with clients and candidates
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• Driven, motivated, and eager to build a successful desk
