What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct outbound calls, meetings, and follow-ups to new construction clients
• Develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Manage your sales pipeline from first contact to close
• Hit and exceed targets to unlock commission bonuses
• Represent the business professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in B2B or B2C sales
• Confidence in building rapport and asking the right questions
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
