�� Hours: 56 hours/week (Mon–Fri + optional Saturdays)

We’re currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join a well-established marine engineering workshop in South Fremantle. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the fit-out, maintenance, and overhaul of commercial fishing vessels and marine equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
�� Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical fitting and assembly of marine systems and components
• Overhauling engines, pumps, propulsion units, and hydraulic systems
• Fault finding and mechanical repairs on vessel equipment
• Interpreting technical drawings and specs
• Supporting fit-outs, upgrades, and breakdown response work
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards in all workshop tasks

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter, ideally in a marine or heavy industrial environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Hands-on, safety-conscious, and team-focused
• Available for immediate start
