Our client is seeking a dedicated Receivables Executive to join their team. In this role, you will oversee accounts receivable processes, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure efficient cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, at least a secondary school education (a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred), and a detail-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Generate aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in receivables management.

Qualifications:

• Secondary school graduate; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a focus on receivables.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
