Our client is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring high-quality, competitive submissions that align with company strategy and client requirements. You will work closely with internal teams, joint venture partners, and supply chain stakeholders to develop compelling proposals that maximize win potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire bid process from Invitation to Tender (ITT) through to contract award, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including Work Winning and Operations, to develop strategic, high-quality tender submissions.
• Collaborate with joint venture and supply chain partners to align bid strategies and commercial objectives.
• Ensure all stakeholder inputs are effectively integrated to produce professional, high-impact bid responses.
• Oversee the Facilities Management (FM) component in large, complex projects, ensuring alignment with technical, operational, and financial requirements.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and competitive advantages within the bidding process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bid management within Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering industries.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and industry regulations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
