Our client, a premier lifestyle management and concierge company, is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee and deliver exceptional service to their exclusive HNWI clientele. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive approach to personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage hospitality services for HNWI clients, ensuring every aspect of their experience is seamless.
• Coordinate luxury accommodations, private dining, event planning, and bespoke requests tailored to individual preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Partner with luxury service providers to secure exclusive experiences and VIP access.
• Ensure the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and service excellence at all times.
• Resolve issues proactively and creatively to maintain an exceptional client experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or similar high-service environments.
• Strong understanding of the expectations and preferences of HNWI clients.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Impeccable discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
• Strong network within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle space is a plus.
