Our client is looking for a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for their customers. In this role, you’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience through exceptional service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Process orders, returns, and service requests
• Maintain customer records and update databases
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
