Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations to lead their operational strategies and enhance efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a track record in operations management, and the ability to cultivate a high-performance team culture.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall efficiency.
• Team Management – Lead and inspire a team of 20+ members, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
• Process Optimization – Streamline operational policies and procedures to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring – Establish KPIs, track performance, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Budget Oversight – Manage budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Reporting – Prepare and present key operational reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.

 
Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management within a corporate service provider environment.
• Proven leadership in managing teams of 20+ employees and achieving business objectives.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in operational tools and technologies to optimize workflows and productivity.
