Our client, a well-established business consultancy in Dubai, is looking for a Business Set-Up Advisor to assist entrepreneurs and companies in navigating the complexities of company formation. This role is perfect for someone who understands UAE business regulations, enjoys working with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Business Set-Up Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire process of business establishment, from selecting the right company structure to obtaining the necessary licenses and approvals. You will provide expert advice on mainland, free zone, and offshore company setups, ensuring clients make informed decisions tailored to their business goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Advise clients on business setup options, licensing requirements, and legal structures
• Assist with documentation, approvals, and government liaison to ensure a smooth setup process
• Maintain strong relationships with UAE free zones and government authorities to stay updated on regulations
• Provide tailored business solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
• Handle client inquiries, offer exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless experience
• Keep up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities

Qualifications: 

• Experience in business setup, company formation, or a related field
• Strong understanding of UAE business regulations, free zones, and licensing authorities
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients while providing a personalized approach
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
