Our client is looking for a Client Experience Executive (B2C) to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, personalized solutions, and a seamless experience from start to finish. Your ability to engage, empathize, and exceed customer expectations will be key to driving satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing professional and personalized assistance.
• Handle inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with a customer-first approach.
• Proactively identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
• Address and resolve client concerns efficiently to enhance satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role (B2C experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage client interactions with professionalism.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
