Our client, a premier lifestyle management and concierge company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Membership Director to manage, grow, and enhance relationships with their exclusive HNWI client base. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of luxury lifestyle services, strong client relationship management skills, and a passion for delivering world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for HNWI members, delivering bespoke lifestyle solutions and premium services.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective members, understanding their unique preferences and needs.
• Oversee the onboarding of new members, ensuring a seamless and personalized introduction to the service.
• Collaborate with internal teams and luxury partners to curate tailored experiences and exclusive offerings.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service.
• Ensure the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all member interactions.
• Represent the brand at high-profile events, maintaining the company’s reputation within the luxury lifestyle space.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, private membership clubs, lifestyle management, or luxury concierge services.
• Strong understanding of the luxury market and the expectations of HNWI clients.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours to meet member needs.
• Impeccable discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
