Our client is seeking a dedicated Client Experience Specialist to ensure every client interaction is positive, seamless, and personalized. In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued at every step of their journey with us.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, feedback, and interactions.

• Previous experience in client service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A proactive and client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using client management software is a plus.
