We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and establish strong relationships with clients in a competitive market. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the regional market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s presence in Dubai and the broader UAE region.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to present to senior management.
• Ensure efficient sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Regional Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of the Dubai and UAE market, including customer preferences and business culture.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
