Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of their premier skin clinic. The Clinic Manager will ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic, provide exceptional patient experiences, and maintain a high standard of care while supporting the business’s growth and profitability. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to optimize clinic workflows and treatment schedules.

2. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including aestheticians, administrative staff, and medical professionals.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment to enhance staff morale and performance.

3. Patient Experience

• Ensure a welcoming and patient-centered environment at all times.
• Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Develop strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty, including implementing follow-up procedures and personalized care initiatives.

4. Financial Oversight

• Manage clinic budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and inventory control in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Implement strategies to maximize revenue, including promoting services and packages.

5. Compliance and Quality Control

• Ensure all clinic operations adhere to healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
• Monitor treatment quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Marketing and Growth

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns promoting the clinic’s services, products, and specials.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, attract new patients, and increase revenue.
• Analyze patient feedback and market trends to adjust offerings accordingly.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in a dermatology or aesthetics setting.

Skills & Competencies 

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in clinic management software and EHR systems.
• Knowledge of skin care treatments, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
