Our client is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales efforts at their thriving skin clinic. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the sales team, promoting products and services, and creating strategies to increase patient engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, a passion for skincare, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, including front-desk staff and consultants, to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and create improvement plans where needed.
• Foster strong relationships with patients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote the clinic’s products, services, and packages through consultations, events, and direct communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns that drive patient interest.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the clinic’s offerings, including skincare treatments, procedures, and products.
• Train staff on product and service benefits to enhance their ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to keep the clinic competitive.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities.
• Oversee patient consultations and guide the sales process from inquiry to purchase.
• Ensure all sales processes and communications align with the clinic’s values and patient-centric approach.
• Work closely with the Clinic Manager and medical staff to align sales goals with operational and clinical objectives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall clinic growth strategies.

  
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (experience in skincare, aesthetics, or wellness is a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of skincare treatments and products is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
